Many online betting platforms claim to have a loyalty program, but in reality they offer little more than a points system with no real benefits. ole99 takes a different approach. Our VIP program is built on a simple belief: loyal, active members deserve rewards that are genuinely worthwhile.
Since first developing this VIP system, the ole99 team held extensive discussions with the Indonesian player community to understand what they truly needed. The result is more than just cashback — it is a complete benefit ecosystem that touches every aspect of the gaming experience, from service speed and financial rewards to social recognition as a selected member.
Every IDR 10,000 you wager on the ole99 platform earns you 1 VIP point. Points accumulate automatically in your account with no separate registration or feature activation required. Once your accumulated points reach the next level threshold, the upgrade happens automatically and all new level benefits activate instantly.
What makes this system fair is that points are earned across all game types — slots, live casino, sports betting, bingo — every category contributes equally. No game category is "more rewarding" when it comes to VIP point accumulation, so you're free to play whatever you prefer without forcing yourself into a specific category.
Cashback is calculated every Monday at midnight based on your net losses over the previous 7 days. No hidden calculations or unexplained deductions. If you are a Gold member with 8% cashback and your net losses for the week total IDR 2 million, IDR 160,000 will be credited directly to your account balance on Tuesday morning. Simple, transparent, and consistent.
The rollover requirement for cashback is also kept very low — just 1x rollover before withdrawal. This means if you receive IDR 160,000 in cashback, you only need to wager that amount once before withdrawing it as cash. This is far lighter than most other platforms that require 5x to 10x rollover.
One of the greatest perks from Gold level and above is having a personal account manager. Unlike regular customer service that handles hundreds of users at once, your account manager truly knows your play profile and specific needs. They are available through a dedicated, responsive communication channel ready to resolve every request without any queue.
From custom bonus arrangements and priority technical support to promotions tailored to your playing habits — your account manager is a true gaming partner. Many ole99 members cite this feature as one of the main reasons they feel at home and stay loyal to the platform.
Create an ole99 account and make your first deposit. VIP points start accumulating from your very first bet.
Every IDR 10,000 wagered earns you 1 VIP point. All game categories contribute equally.
Once your accumulated points reach the next level threshold, your VIP status upgrades automatically — no manual claim needed.
All privileges of your new VIP level activate immediately, including higher cashback and access to exclusive services.
